Default animal pack and teens

i have a soon to be 15 year old who is into weight lifting for football, he is on a great vitamin schedule including shaklee vitamins and supplements. my question is would the animal pack be okay for my son to use or should i keep him on the regimine i have him on. he is a very strong almost 15 year old, i just want to do what is best for him.

That's a good question. And the only one who can really safely answer it is your doctor. Animal Pak is a pretty hard-core multivitamin and mineral designed for hard training athletes. Because it provides megadoses, it may not be best for a teenager.

Based on what you're already doing, it sounds like it's enough. Vitamins, protein etc. if he's eating a good diet and taking a basic multivitamin, that's enough of the micronutrients IMO. Food is the best supplement! Eat, train hard, sleep and GROW!!

thanks for answering so fast, i also wanted to know what do you think would help him to bulk up his muscle mass more. he eats good but wants something to help, and i am totally usure about what that would be. am considering Muscle Milk Collegiate? what doyou think? is this enough or is there something better i don't know about. He is already 5'10" 218lbs i don't want him fat just muscle does that make sense?
