stacks
I know BSN gets a lot of crap, but I ran and liked the NO Xplode, CellMass, Syntha-6. Syntha is hands down a great protein blend regardless what anyone says.
I'm really considereing MHP's Dark Rage / Dark Matter stack. Top that off with either Syntha or Myofusion and you'd be pretty well off. I don't think they are a creatine product though, so throw in some mono on top of that.

Out of all the different stacks i have tried i have found that VPX shotgun and VPX synthsize are one of the best pre and post workout stacks on the market.. I usually try and alternate with different brands from time to time because after a while my body seems to get immune to them and i have also found that MHP dark rage and dark matter are a really good stack

Welcome to our Forum, I agree... it's good to switch formula's/brands from time to time as you body tends to build tolerance to certain things after a while therefore you get less effect from your supplements. Switching things around is a good practice as long as you stick to reputable brands.

Agreed
I switch up every time I run out. There are a ton of different pre's, intra's, post's, etc. I also mix and match brands depending upon my needs. You can look at mixing and matching a lot of the supps below:
Pres: No Xplode, Supercharge, Superpump, NO Shotgun, Dark Rage, White Flood
Intras: Intrabolic, Intrain, Xtend
Posts: Torrent, Dark Matter, CellMass, ON Whey
Since I'm taking Dark Matter and it isn't considered a protein drink (although it does have some in it) nor a creatine supp, I take DM post workout then Myofusion with creatine mono in it 30 minutes later. However, if I were taking something like torrent, there wouldn't be the need for protein or creatine afterwards as it contains it already.
All about your needs.

Here are some of your best options for pre and post products:
Pre - Anadraulic State, E-911 if you're tired of mixing drinks, Shock Therapy and NO Shotgun.
Post - Postal, NO Synthesize, Pro Complex
Your post workout product choice depends on what exactly you're looking for from whether you just want protein, protein + carbs, carbs, creatine etc. I know some people are specific in what they want because it's in addition to food they're having so can you specify what exactly you are looking for in a post workout product?

When it comes to pre-workout supps., Supercharge by LaBrada is hands down the best money can buy. PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The longer you use it, the better it gets. Believe me, I have tried damn all of them.

supercharge and no-xplode give me best to workouts. Remeber to stir/mix it up rather than shake it up in your containers (it does make a difference when it comes to preworkout drinks) I always cycle preworkout drinks for 3 months on, then 1 month off, you cant let your body get to used to it, let alone rely on it

Read a review on another forum. Sounds pretty badass. Way better than the last fromula. Price per serving is just stupid though.
