Hello Everybody I'm an Italian guy who loved so much this discipline and I pumped hard everyday for two years untill somebody said to me '' You wrong your excercises , what's that ? '' so now I'm confused and this guy a personal trainer offered to me three months of free training without paying a lesson .
Ok , where's the trick ? He said this : '' If you are satisfacted about my result on you , you'll pay three month's lessons however if you are not convincted that my traning didn't help you so much , no money ''
I calculated the cost and If I get some results , Ill spend 1100 $ a month ( discount already included ) ... holyshit I love this sport but with my traning I was happy so I decided to join it for now .
My traning is not clean but I missed him so much after a week untill today .
Last friday I did 3 series of bench press and my pectorales were so big and all my lady lady friends where so happy but I was more happy then all of them

. Now same day after a week .... my pectoral is so flat and I'm morally down but all my body is not full but flat because I couldn't repumped with my training : (
My training is based in this way : I training myself twice time a day , one in the morning and one in the evening .
I make an example ... today I wanna do some legs and I started with a squat then a leg exstension and a finish with a calf raise but is not that the problem , I try to be more clear
I did 12 series with only two repetitions then I make a pause of two minutes but I pumped hard like an animal and i get really and really big because my genetic is good . With this training my bench press is 80 lbs aproximately and I'm happy because it's my method and I'm not going to Mr.Olympia .
The only collater effects is that I must be consistent 6 days a week or I get flat in two days , sometimes I got some pains over my harms and backbone but nothing of dangerous because I know that I'm working with heavy weights but after lil' bit of times on the same muscolar group I started to feel nothing so no more pains . I think it's normal because my body must adapt with a new weight .
Ok I know most of you are in totally disagree with my kind of traning but I love it and I get really huge so now this buddy told me that I need 3 months but today he said six maybe and this thing stinck so much .
Don't get my wrong I love this sport because I get bigger for have fun with ladies , sorry if I said that but it's the true for me and I'm not laying to me . I eat five meals a day , going bed early and woke up early for doing my best in this pumped job .
So my final question is WHAT I SHOULD DO ? Continue with him and maybe after a couple of months I didn't get some results yet and my force is lost or stop my trip now .
I never see myself so flat and he explained that way is long and hard and i must be patient so i don't know ? in two weeks of intense training I reget big and happy .
