Caffeine has multiple psychological benefits; studies have shown an increase in work productivity and overall happiness of the clients. When used in conjunction with a healthy diet, proper hydration and exercise caffeine has no adverse health effects. The reason it receives a bad name is sugar, the cause of most of the “energy drink” health issues is sugar.
