Default Advice on Chest, Bicep and Back workout

I have been out of the game for about 2 years now. I'm looking for a nice workout plan to workout my chest, biceps and back/shoulders. Any suggestions out there will be highly appreciated. Thank you

Is it a good ideal to work guns and back or triceps and chest on the same day?

Biceps and back. Chest and Triceps is a classical weight lifting routine. So yes that's perfect.

Go to barns and noble, borders or some book store like that and but the Aronold Schwartzenegger Weightlifting Enclopida. He re-wrote it in the 90's it has tons of great shit in it workouts you have never seen or heard of. It also has meal plans and stuff like that too its like $30 but way worth it. As far as getting back into the grove of things in the gym just take it easy for a month or so kuz you will be getting really sore for the first few times you work a muscle till they get used to the wieght so you can sprain or pull somthing really easy. After about a month or so you body is back into it then you can start pushing yourself to the limit again.

    Hi,
This might sound a little crazy, but one of the biggest helpers for me are basic push ups. As long as you do at least thirty to forty per set, and do a set whenever you think about it, they work great! i look a lot more muscular now mainly off of push ups. hope this helps

    Pec Deck?
Places a lot of stress on the shoulders and doesn't allow for very much chest overload. The pec deck is a fairly ineffective lift and I would avoid it altogether.

How true would you believe that?

If you do the exercise slowly get the right rhythm, you can achieve a good pump to the chest area. But I guess it's depending on the person. Really isn't the pec deck just another version of dumbell flyes?
