First we have MusclePharm Muscle Gel Shots which come in a 12pk. They're extremely convenient and easy to use with no mess. I haven't tried this product, but they're low calorie, high protein, and have zero grams of sugar. A lot of people take them immediately before workout, but can be used as a meal replacement. This product is $24.95. Here is the Supplement Facts:
Serving Size: 1 Gel Pack
Servings Per Container: 12 Gel Packs

Then you have the MHP Power Pak Pudding. This product comes in a 6pk. I have actually tried this product. It tastes great. It's another low calorie, high protein, and zero grams of sugar protein product. I used it as a post workout snack but also ate one at breakfast. This product is $18.95. Here is the Supplement Facts:

Both are obviously good products. The MHP Pudding Pak does have a high sodium count, but you do get more protein. The MusclePharm Muscle Gel Shots are a heck of a lot cheaper. If you buy two cases of the Muscle Pharm product you're looking at 24 units for a total of $49.90. If you buy two cases of the MHP product you're looking at 12 units for a total of $37.90. It's nearly a $10.00 difference.
But the choice is ultimately yours.
Enjoy!
