I am looking for something that gives the best energy boost throughout the day. I work some long hours and need a little kick.

go with LG Sciences Speed (http://www.a1supplements.com/Speed-90-Capsules-p-2670.html) stuff is goood! also, here lately I've been using Focus XT (http://www.a1supplements.com/Focus-XT-240-Grams-p-16812.html) by SNS and I love the stuff. I don't get the jitters and I have that mental clarity throughout the day.

I would Definately give FIRST Order a try from Bodywell Nutrition. Not only is great for your workouts but I like using it while working to give a steady stream of energy throughout the Day

Hey Bigstew what's in First Order that would give energy all day other than gingko which supports neurologic functions but not physical function i.e true energy.

I never said that it gave you energy all day. I said I like to take it before and after workouts and also while I am training clients for a pick me up.

Well fastolds was looking for "best energy boost throughout the day" and I thought you recommended First Order and I was curious to what's in it for an all day energy. Anyhow, what would you use for an energy boost throughout the day? Is there such thing for an all day energy?

I would not say there is any supplement that will give you energy all day. I just think that you need to eat at a small surplus of healthy clean food and you find energy levels to be great. But the food needs to be clean and healthy

I agree. You got have a good diet and I believe in taking essential fatty acids or some kind of CLA alone with your diet. Peace out!

I think as long as you are getting enough rest, taking in plenty of sugars and complex carbs, then you should have energy to last you all day!

When you say sugars I hope you dont mean junk food
Because though you might have some immediate energy you will soon crash their after

No I dont mean junk foods. I'm talking about the kind of sugars you get from fresh fruits and the kind of complex carbs you would get from either rice or pasta or bread. I agree that an energy booster can help, but really, if you eat right, then you should be just fine.
