i just bought 1-ad, 4-ad, arom-x from your web site and it said that is a great cycle but does tell you how to stack it or when so is there a spot on the site to tell you or can you tell me how to cycle it.. thank you

right i know what is say on how to take them when you take them separately but what about when your are stacking them how are you suppose to take then???

When you are stacking them, you can actually just take them at the same time. That is how I took them when I stacked it and it worked awesome for me.

Exactly, take your 1-ad and 4-ad at the same time. When finished with those 2, than take arom-x by itself since arom-x is an OFF CYCLE estrogen management and natural testosterone production product. This way, you'll be giving your system a break from taking 1-ad and 4-ad while your keeping your test levels at the same place you peaked. After finishing the arom-x, than start the cycle all over again.

Note: that's the purpose of taking some off cycle product after you take prohormones. Just so you can keep your gains.
