but im 17 and in good shape. im about 5'10 or 11 and weigh about 175. work out 4 days a week... hope thats enough

First of all, non of what's called Growth Hormone GH or HGH products is going to work like you think. Non of it is going to make you huge like the real pharmaceutical grade growth hormone especially at your age. Being young and healthy I would stick to taking my protein, creatine and multi vitamins. Eat right, get enough sleep for recovering and most important train harder every time you hit the gym and train smart. Most Growth Hormone GH products on the market are safe, a lot safer than taking prohormones. Most Grwoth Hormone products are amino acid base. If you wish to try some I would recommend Beverly International GH Factor (http://www.a1supplements.com/GH-Factor-180-Capsules-p-2356.html) or Ultra Lab Nutrition Human Growth Complex (http://www.a1supplements.com/Human-Growth-Complex-126-Tablets-p-2449.html) they are both great companies and they put out quality products. Yup. No Xplode is a great pre workout supplement. If you want to put on mass just make sure you use some weight gain formula couple of times a day and take just whey protein at night or better yet go with Casein protein for slow absorption at night.

I agree. Protein is #1. Try not to get sucked into the cheap proteins. They're high in cholesterol and the amount of sugar in the gainers aren't far from cake batter.
Seeing as sleep is the most important time to grow and repair here's a few things you can take before you go to bed. Avid bodybuilders should take these products:
Slow release(casein) protein
A little bit of Arginine for proper delivery of the time released protein because your blood vessels tend to shrink when your sleeping so it's good to open them up with more blood flow.
Glutamine to repair your muscle, stomach, intestines at night and promote GH release GABA can increase the amount of the Human Growth Hormone
Colostrum to repair, heal and modify the digestive tract, or gut, increasing vitality and stamina and destroying viruses, toxins and bacteria.

I tried a product called Somatropin (tabs you dissolve in water.) It tasted like sawdust in water....yuck. I went for the real stuff I have to say that nothing gives you the results like the real thing.
