I just started back at the Gym after 15 years of beer and chips. What would be a good supplementation program to lose weight and gain definition. All the advertising is confusing.
Thanx

chipstal,
Always start with a plan. Determine your goals and write it all down. It's always tough taking that first step but once you get into a habit, you're well on your way!
Tips:
1. Get a workout partner and keep each other motivated
2. Set your workout schedule
3. Develop a diet plan
4. Stay positive!
5. Try some good basic supplements to boost your success (multi-vitamin, protein powder, thermogenic fat burner etc.)
Good luck!

I agree! You also need to start out easy to let your body get used to it again then get into the heavy weights that way you wont kill your self starting off

i used SciFit Thermal Cuts and i lost 55 lbs in about 3-4 months. I gained some strength, and i never did a single hour of cardio. it worked for me, i dont know how well it would do for you.
Happy Working Out?

What are your stats, if you dont mind me asking? If you gave those to me, with a real quick overview of what you are already doing, I can definitely help you with a workout plan!

You shouldn't have to have a partner!

getting in shape, better-healthy life, feeling good about yourself, being responsible, learning to have discipline .. you definitely dont need a partner if you want all of that for real .. what other motivations do you need? the key is discipline and consistency! good luck

Im not to sure the problem. I just cant loose weight. I got down to 170 last Summer and gained it back. I would like to get to 160 or 150. I eat healthy. I exercise but now it seems like my weight is going up. Do you have any suggestions?

Oh, that's easy I thought you had to lose 100 pounds or something like that... ;)
Just get on the treadmill for an hour a day and constrict your calories slightly. You'll lose 10 to 20 pounds no time! Be careful though... you will have to tighten your belt a couple notches and get some new jeans ;)
It's really that easy, no kidding. Anyone can do it. Calories in, calories out.
Let us know how it goes and if you run into any snags!
