Right now I weigh 245. Back when I was in a Total Powerlifting meet I totaled 1315 lbs @ a wt of 178. Now that was back in 1985 and that was my 2nd meet after training for a yr. Being in the Service not to many lifting meets due to deployments and being all I can be. But I still trained, but not that intense. After 21 yrs of service and 2 knee operations during that service, not doing Total Lifting meets again. Just concentrating on Bench meets and helping my son with his Push/Pull Meets. Last Oct was my last Bench meet, weighed 235, bench-350 raw not to good, well I think it was, a PR, because I was deployed for a year to Iraq and I was coming off a torn Pec that tied into the shoulder and a month before coming home I tore my bicep thank God not a complete tear. Enough to make it sore and black. Currently I'm training my bench routine, goal is 400 RAW. Never lifted with equipment. I've taking probably everything you can think of. Steroids to simple supplements. I'm taking Tribex testerone and I just ordered some Decabolen. Hope that was what you wanted to know

I'll post the workout in the next couple of days. Rode the Harley to work. Workout sheet is in car. I'll keep ya'll posted on the progress. Last night bench routine:
Flat Bench: warmup-10 reps, I do 3 warmups, 305-6 reps, 325-4 reps, 345-1 rep was going to do a negative but the ole mind wasn't right. Actually my lifting partner said I was ready when he gave me a lift off.
Incline machine, the machine is like doing Dumbells press you can put plates on each end. No not like a Smith machine. 3 sets, 1st set-135 on each side/8 reps, 2nd set-185 on each side/4 reps, 3rd set-150 on each side/ 5 reps.
Flat Bench DB Flyes- 60- 3 sets/ 8 reps
That was bench day for I think week 5, Next week it will be a different bench routine. I'll post tomorrow what I did today for legs. I tell ya now can't do to much on legs, due to previous knee operations and arthiritis in the ole knees. I have been taken this Joint supplement, it seems to help alittle. Not that much pain when the weather changes. Talk to ya'll later
