Bouncing around or squished

OK so I'm new here. I'm 21 and love to workout. But, I do have trouble finding a sports bra that fits. In my opinion seems like squishing your breasts flat against your chest does not provide support. Any ideas?

There are sports bras that have actual cups. Try looking in a Sporting Goods store or a dept. store. They do provide support without the smoosh!

I like racer back sports bras, but make sure you get them big enough, the last thing that you want is a uni-boob at the gym. :p

go to those sports gear shops and ask them about those sports bras, im sure you will get the necessary help!

in sports shop, they sell all kinds of stuff, or you can wear 2 bras which would bring more support to the breast.

I agree with FanFan....I am in the same boat, sometimes I will wear 2 cotton sports bras, or I will wear a tight tank top with the built in bra for a little extra support. :)
