Is it really harder for women to lose fat versus men?

Guys have an advantage due to them having higher amounts of muscle. Women naturally have more fat. Men also have higher metabolisms. Have you seen Biggest Loser? All the winners are guys!!! They always lose more. Also they dont carry as much water.

I know that I am always struggling. My husband doesnt even have to try. We are the exact same age and eat the exact same diet, if anything he eats more. I gain, he loses. He is always trying to gain weight. He wakes up and has a N-Large shake with 500 cals in it. Life is not fair.

Yes, I think it is mucha harder for women because we are made to be the child bearers and carry more fat. Don't get me wrong, it's no excuse to be fat, but it just means it is harder for us to stay lean.

I was feeling depressed about gaining a little weight for the last month because my eating was really bad. My boyfriend always looks "photo-shoot ready" and it was making me feel even worse. I got sick of it, pulled myself up, been getting up early, eating right, and doing a little GH. I look great, now he's in a slump! Feels nice for once....
