I was wondering if you guys have used Creatine for anything else other then weight lifting? I do a lot of swimming and cycling, and when I did use NO to lift weights it was great. But now I am not lifting as much to get bigger but more to build endurance in swimming and cycling. So guess my question is I use ENDORUSH every day before I do anything if I take either NO or another type a Creatine do you think that would benefit my body compare to just using Endo rush for my workouts? :confused: I also lift everyday not sure if that helps?
