BSN is great. Although I don't know what specific bsn product you're looking for, but generally speaking they are all great in there categories.

I have tried two BSN products. The first was NO Xplode, a pre-workout supplement that is consistently a top seller. I know some people swear by it, but I'm certainly not one of them. It really didn't do anything for me and I ended up returning it. I've tried a few other pre-workout ones that I would rank above that for sure.
The other product is Syntha-6, a protein blend. I have the strawberry one and mixing that with milk is delicious. Mixes very easily and is so smooth, definitely one of the best tasting proteins I have ever tried.

I agree NO Explode is a waste of your money. Syntha 6 is a good investment though...make sure you get at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight if you want ur muscles to grow

I'm just finishing a stack of BSN products (Nitrix, NO-Xplode, Syntha-6, Cellmass). I can tell you the stack worked for me. BSN often gets a bad rep because they are more commercial and it's argued they cost more than alternatives. Either way, NO-Xplode worked great for me personally. You'll get varying reviews on all pre-workout drinks I believe and maybe you'll want to start with a cheaper one to try out? The Syntha-6 is a quality protein blend. Many top bodybuilders either use or have used it. I can't comment on the Nitrix nor the Cellmass, other than with the stack I'm using, I got good results, but to be honest it could simply be the NO-Xplode helping me work harder and the Syntha-6 providing excellent protein.
