should i stop taking the supplement.

I would lay off for few days and make sure it's nothing else, then try it again with half the dose and if you get the same results then you'll know it's the creatine.

are you taken plain creatine? same thing happened to me but i was using Celltech and I believe i was drinking it too fast. Went right through me. I started drinking it slowly and all was good.
