Pro Nos and Cell Mass

There are cheaper proteins than Pro Nos such as Dymatize Elite and cheaper creatines than Cell mass such as Universal Storm or a plain monohydrate. However, I've heard people swear by each, though never together as a stack. If you can afford both and really want to try them, go ahead but be aware there are more cost effective choices.
Yes, I realize Pro Nos also has some fat and carbs, but i like to get those from foods I eat after lifting and have the powder as just protein.

There is nothing dynamic about stacking pro Nos and cellmass, but it's not a bad idea to take them together either. You might be better off taking some weight gain formula that has creatine in it like monster milk by cytosport or true mass by bsn.
