I am a 74yo female with osteoporosis. Slender build. Lack of excercise is my problem. I plan on joining Silver Sneakers after the New Year begins. What supplements should I look into to help me through this transition? Many thanks.

Hey good for you getting online and searching for solutions! Exercise is a big key with osteoporosis. Also, supplement with Calcium and Vitamin D, esp. the D3 variety.
