I have been trying to burn some fat off. I have been eating clean for about 4 weeks with one day a week being a free day. I started doing cardio in the fat burning zone. The first three weeks I lost about 10lbs. I was using the shredded pack from muscletech for the first three weeks. Now the process has seemed to slow down.

That's normal. Increase you're training intensity, stick to the diet and keep using MuscleTech shredded stack, that's actually a great product by MuscleTech. Losing 10 lbs in the 1st. 3 weeks is awesome!!!

What do you consider "clean" eating? Also, you should have a cheat meal not a cheat day. This will shock your system a little too much after a week of eating clean.

This is true. Cheat deal is just a bad idea. A whole day should not be deicated to cheating on your diet. And when you do cheat try not to go "all out" on it. Still be sensible and remember what your over all goal is.

Just a quick question... What is the best fat burner supplement out there?

Well, I think it is hard to define "best" since they all promise that and also since your body adjusts to everything after a while. I don't know if there is a best....is there?

Steps to Burn fat

1. Remember fat is not as important as calories for controlling weight. You should not be eating more than 20 grams of saturated fat per day.

2. Cut down on processed foods. Stick with all natural foods which have little added preservatives and chemicals. If you can’t find it in nature think twice before you eat it.

3. Eat more. Instead of the 3 square meals a day, go for 6 micro meals to keep your metabolism geared up to burn and your insulin levels .

4. Aim to exercise at least 3-4 sessions per week, is beginning, 4-5 sessions per week is making a difference.

5. Drink more H20. Water is a major player in weight control. Besides being a major part of your body, water helps flush metabolic wastes keeping your metabolism charged. It also helps you feel fuller, helping you to eat less. Don't wait until you feel thirsty. Start by drinking at least a half-gallon of water everyday. For active people, move up to a gallon per day.

6. Stay away from fast food, or at least don't eat it as often. It is a far healthier option to cook a nice meal at home.

Very good advice. Many people would benefit from following these steps a bit more closely.

Another thing that will help out is eat your carbs in the early part of the day and don't eat anything 3 hours before bed time. I also use universal 23 aminos and liquid l-carnitine, and fish oil. Makes for a real good fat burning cocktail.
