What foods will help me lose weight? I do weight training everyday and i do cardio 3 times a week, plus i take Animal Cuts to help.

I would recommend eating foods that are high in protein, clean carbs, and low in fats and calories. Chicken, fish, salad, all of the usual suspects right there. You can also eat peanut butter, crackers, rice, pasta...The list goes on and on, but definitely avoid fast food, and try as much as possible to cook your own food. Always the healthiest if you do it that way.
